COVID-19 SAFETY POLICY
As a provider of health care services, Eye Studio is able to remain open during the lockdown. We are committed to serving the community safely during these difficult times.
For the safety and well-being of our staff and customers, we will be implementing the following measures during the lockdown and until further notice:
APPOINTMENTS
We will be seeing customers strictly by appointment only.
Please make an appointment by calling 416 488-6839, or emailing info@eyestudio.ca.
MASKS
Masks are mandatory for all staff and customers inside the store.
SOCIAL DISTANCING
All staff and customers will be required to practice social distancing and maintain 6ft (2m) apart when possible.
SCREENING
If you are experiencing any of the symptoms associated with Covid-19, have travelled or have had close contact with someone who has travelled outside of Canada in the last 14 days, or have been in contact with someone with a confirmed or probable case of Covid-19, please call us to cancel or postpone your appointment and do not enter the store.
IN-STORE PROTOCOL
We will only be allowing a maximum of 4 customers in the store at one time. Please try to limit your group to a maximum of 2 people.
When arriving for your appointment, please knock on the door or call us to let us know you are here.
Upon entering the store, you will be required to wear a mask, sanitize your hands, and be checked in by one of our staff members.
SANITIZATION
Our frames are cleaned and sanitized after they are handled.
When browsing, please refrain from opening the drawers and touching the products. Let our staff know which frames you would like to try on and they will be happy to pull them out for you. This allows us to better keep track of all frames that have been handled and require sanitization.
Door handles, countertops, credit card machines, furniture and other high touch areas and objects will be cleaned and sanitized on a regular basis throughout the day.
